All orders from our family run baby boutique are carefully hand-picked and checked before dispatch and lovingly gift wrapped and packed in recyclable cardboard packaging*. We want you to truly appreciate the experience of receiving and opening your parcel.

If you leave an email address and/or a mobile number (ideally both for full tracking capability) when checking out you will be kept up to date with full tracking details so you can follow your parcel's progress all the way to your door.

There are options to upgrade to guaranteed next day** delivery (delivered Monday - Saturday by 1pm) for those times when you just can't wait!

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by 1pm next day (subject to appropriate delivery upgrade option). Safe Place delivery:

On the day of your delivery from Royal Mail you will be notified by text and/or email to give you further delivery options, including (if available) the option to leave the parcel in your nominated 'safe place'. We will not accept liability for parcels that are delivered, at your request, to a 'safe place' and then are subsequently lost. If a nominated 'safe place' is selected this is at your risk. These include, but are not limited to, porches, outbuildings, doorsteps and external cupboards.
